How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Aluminum Fairlead for Synthetic Winch Rope
Synthetic winch rope is strong and light, but it frays fast if it drags across a rough edge. This OVS fairlead gives the rope a smooth, tapered path off the drum so it lasts longer and pulls more safely.
It is machined from aluminum, which keeps weight off the front of the vehicle, then finished in black powder coat with a clear top layer to resist corrosion from mud, water, sand and road grime. The tapered opening cuts friction on the line as it feeds in and out. It fits most standard winches running synthetic rope and cleans up with a rinse. Shop more fairleads and winch parts.
