How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

OVS Recovery Ramp Traction Board
When a tire is spinning in mud, sand or snow, the fastest way out is often to give it something to bite instead of reaching for a strap. OVS recovery ramps slide under the tire and give it a traction surface to climb out on, and they work when there is no second vehicle around.
They are injection molded from a durable nylon blend that OVS rates to take loads up to 10,000 lb. The top uses a U-shaped traction pattern with OVS's spike design, and the underside has a cruciform grip pattern that digs into the ground so the board does not shoot out. The material is UV protected and there are tie-down holes for securing them on a rack. Browse more traction boards.
Universal. Works with most 4WD trucks, Jeeps and SUVs in mud, sand and snow.
Comes with a water-resistant storage bag and nylon strap for carrying and for pulling the ramp back out of the muck.
