How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Pro Crossbars with End Caps and Brackets
These are the crossbars that sit on top of an Expedition truck cap, a roof top tent crossbar mount or the OVS Pod Rack and carry the load: tents, recovery boards, cargo baskets and awnings. They come as a pair in three lengths, so you can match the width of what they mount to.
The bars are 6063-T6 aluminum in a low, aerodynamic profile with a dual-stage black powder coat, and OVS says they are 33 percent stronger than the original Expedition truck cap crossbars. The anodized 6061-T6 end caps come in pick-up point or flat versions. T-slot channels take 22 mm T-nuts with M8 bolts and M8 flange nuts, which covers most popular rack accessories, and the hardware is 304 marine-grade stainless steel. See more roof rack accessories.
Compatible with all OVS Expedition truck caps with roof rails, all OVS roof top tent crossbar mounts and the OVS Pod Rack. Choose 51.25 inch, 55 inch or 72 inch length.
