How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Nomadic Shower Floor Basin
A camp shower turns the ground under it into mud in a few minutes, and that mud ends up on your feet and in the vehicle. The Nomadic Shower Floor Basin catches the water under a car side shower and sends it out through a hose to wherever you want it to go.
The basin is heavy-duty PVC, and the drain hose detaches so you can route or remove it. An extra panel gives you a clean spot to stand before and after showering, so your feet stay out of the dirt. It folds flat and packs into a polyester storage bag. More overland camping gear is available, including the Nomadic showers.
