How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

An Enclosed Annex Room for the LD TMBK
A roof top tent gives you a bed, but not a place to change, stash wet gear or wait out rain standing up. This annex zips to the bottom of the LD TMBK and walls in the space under the tent, turning it into a private room with its own floor.
The walls are 420D polyester oxford waterproof fabric with double stitching, and the floor is 1000g PVC that zips in and out, so you can pull it for cleaning or leave it off on rough ground. Doors and windows use 120g breathable mesh, and every window rolls up with hook-and-loop covers. The entrance to the tent ladder sits inside the annex, out of the weather, and heavy-duty straps and grommets give you anchor points to stake it down. Made for the Overland Vehicle Systems LD TMBK roof top tent. It attaches with a heavy-duty zipper and is not designed for other tent models.
You get the annex room, the removable floor, hardware and a travel cover. Shipping weight is about 15 lb. OVS rates it for use through all four seasons. It is designed for the LD TMBK roof top tent and attaches with a zipper sized for that tent.
