How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

HD Nomadic Standard Soft Shell Roof Top Tent, 2 or 3 Person
The HD Nomadic Standard is a fold-out soft shell roof top tent that puts your bed on the vehicle and off the ground. It comes in 2 person and 3 person sizes and mounts on SUVs, trucks, Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator builds, and trailers that have a suitable rack. The design targets four-season use, with wind performance and insulation getting as much attention as comfort.
The body is 280G poly cotton rip stop with PU 3500 waterproofing, under a 420D polyester Oxford rainfly. Oversized body poles and window rods with built-in V ridges stiffen the tent in wind, and the hinges and hardware are 304 stainless steel. You sleep on a 2.75 in high-density foam mattress over a double-insulated aluminum base, with 120G breathable mesh windows for airflow and a skylight in both the body and rainfly. Universal mount for vehicles and trailers with a roof rack, bed rack or trailer rack rated for the tent. The 2 person version ships at about 180 lb and the 3 person at about 194 lb, so check your rack and roof ratings against those numbers.
Included: the tent with rainfly, window rods, a 96 in aluminum telescoping ladder with locking strap, four interior storage pouches, and a removable 40 in Velcro light strip. The 3 person size is the longer of the two (packed box 68 x 14 x 52 in versus 60 x 14 x 52 in for the 2 person). Clean the canvas and dry it fully before storing closed.
