OVS HD Nomadic 90 Degree Awning Room Enclosure (4 Walls and Floor)
Warranty Information
Vendor warranty summary
Overland Vehicle Systems Warranty
At a glance: coverage depends on the line: limited lifetime on Expedition truck cap structure and XD awning frames, 6 years on XD tents and XD awning fabric, 4 years on HD tents and awnings, 2 years on LD tents
This is Overland Vehicle Systems's policy, not an NVMOS policy. OVS doesn't publish one warranty document. Its product pages say coverage and terms vary by product, so we've pulled the terms from each OVS product line's own pages and summarized them in plain English. Where an OVS page shows a generic warranty badge that disagrees with the product's own warranty text, we use the product text. The manufacturer's official terms always govern and can change without notice. Last reviewed on nvmos.com: October 16, 2026.

Turn a 90 Degree Awning Into a Full Room
A side wall blocks wind from one direction. This enclosure goes all the way, adding four walls and a floor under the HD Nomadic 90 degree awning so the space beside the vehicle becomes a closed room for sleeping, changing or waiting out bad weather. It comes in sizes for the 6.5 ft and 8.0 ft awnings.
The fabric is 300D weatherproof ripstop polyester with a 3500 PU waterproof coating, and mosquito netting keeps air moving. The enclosure zips to the awning ceiling and also attaches with hook-and-loop straps, while heavy-duty straps and grommets anchor it at the ground. Doors use SBS double zippers and roll-up flaps, and there is a rear access panel. The floor has a waterproof perimeter with removable panels for cleaning, and interior pockets keep small gear organized. Browse our roof top tents and awning add-ons.
Two sizes. The 6.5 ft version fits the HD Nomadic 90 degree 6.5 ft awning and measures 95.5 x 78.75 in. The 8.0 ft version fits the 8.0 ft awning and measures 101.5 x 98.5 in. Both stand 82 in tall.
Door openings are 63 x 72 in on the 6.5 ft version and 69 x 72 in on the 8.0 ft. Shipping weight is about 30 lb for the 6.5 ft and 38 lb for the 8.0 ft. A stuff sack is included. Clean with soap and water. The fabric meets FMVSS 302 flammability requirements. Covered by the OVS warranty. Not sure it fits your setup? Call us at (920) 249-7744 and a real person will check it.
