How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim

- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything

HD Nomadic 270 Degree Awning, Passenger Side
A 270 degree awning wraps shade around the side and rear of the vehicle instead of just one flank, which is the difference between a shaded doorway and an actual camp. The HD Nomadic 270 opens to 129 square feet of covered space and is designed for one person to deploy.
Oversized reinforced hinges and boxed aluminum rafters let it stand on its own in calm weather, so the poles only come out when the wind picks up. The canopy is 280G poly cotton rip-stop, FMVSS 302 certified, with heat sealed seams. When it gets rough, three pivoting and telescoping aluminum poles lock in at the height you want and the tie downs and stakes hold it to the ground. Shop more vehicle awnings & accessories.
Universal, passenger side. It mounts to anything with a factory or aftermarket roof rack and will accommodate most racks. Confirm your rack's weight capacity before installing.
Included: the 270 degree awning with 6 built-in aluminum rafters, 3 pivoting and telescoping poles plus 3 telescoping poles, 6 sets of shock cord, 6 heavy duty stakes, a 1000G PVC travel cover, 3 heavy duty mounting brackets with hardware, and a nylon tie down kit. Open it measures 240 x 157 x 88.5 inches; closed it is 88 x 7 x 6 inches. The neoprene sleeve on the tension strap is there to keep it from scratching paint. An enclosure room is sold separately. Which side of the vehicle does this mount on?
This is the passenger side version. A driver side version is offered separately.
Does it need poles to stand up?
No. It is freestanding in calm conditions. Deploy the three pivoting poles and stake it down when wind picks up.
Will it fit my roof rack?
It is designed to fit most factory and aftermarket roof racks. Check the rack's weight capacity first.
How big is it when open?
It covers 129 square feet and measures 240 x 157 x 88.5 inches open.
What is the neoprene sleeve for?
It covers the tension strap so it doesn't scratch the vehicle's paint.
