How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

HD Nomadic 270 and 180 Awning Bracket Kit
Awning brackets get bent, lost in a rack swap, or left on the old vehicle. This genuine OVS replacement kit restores the full mounting and tie-down setup for a Nomadic 270 awning, driver or passenger side, or a Nomadic 180 awning. It's also a sturdier option for mounting an awning from another brand.
The kit includes three heavy duty awning brackets with standard and t-slot hardware, so it works on round, square and channel-style rack bars, plus the stakes, shock cords and tie downs that hold the awning steady once it's deployed. Shop more vehicle awnings & accessories.
Fits the OVS Nomadic 270 awning (driver or passenger side) and the Nomadic 180 awning. Not compatible with the LT models. It can also be used to mount a non-OVS awning if the bracket pattern suits it.
Included: 3 heavy duty awning brackets, 6 sets of shock cords, 6 heavy duty stakes, 2 heavy duty tie downs, standard hardware, t-slot hardware and neoprene sleeves for the tie downs. Will this fit my Nomadic 270 LT?
No. This bracket kit is not compatible with the LT models.
Does it work for both driver and passenger side awnings?
Yes. It fits the Nomadic 270 on either side as well as the Nomadic 180.
Can I use it on a non-OVS awning?
Yes. It's offered as a sturdier bracket option for other awnings, as long as the mounting pattern works with your awning.
