How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

A Shower and Changing Room That Lives on the Vehicle
At a dispersed site there is nowhere to rinse off or change in private. This shower and privacy room mounts to the side of the vehicle and swings out on folding arms, giving you an enclosed space with room for two people in a few minutes.
The room is 420D oxford ripstop on black aluminum folding arms and a mount plate, with heavy-duty zippers and 304 stainless steel hardware that will not rust from constant water exposure. Inside, the footprint is 42 x 84 in, which is enough for two people to change or shower without bumping elbows. When it is packed, a waterproof 840D travel cover protects it on the road. Universal. It mounts to the side of the vehicle using the aluminum mount plate and folding arms. Check that your rack or mounting point has room for a 92 in long package before ordering.
Pair it with a portable camp shower or water system, which is sold separately. Shipping weight is about 40 lb and the box is 92 in long. The fabric meets FMVSS 302 flammability requirements.
