How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

HD Nomadic 180 Awning Connector Kit
Two HD Nomadic 180 awnings mounted on opposite sides of a vehicle leave a gap between them. This connector kit bridges that gap so the pair works as one shelter, with coverage up to 360 degrees around the vehicle and 244.5 square feet in total.
The connector panels slide into the channels on the front and rear of both awnings. The basic versions use grommets and guide lines to tension the panels. The fuller kits add wall sections that zip to the panels, and a roof panel that zips in toward the vehicle or trailer to close the remaining gap. Fabric is FMVSS 302 certified 280G ripstop polycotton Oxford with a 3500 PU waterproof coating and heavy SBS zippers. Find more vehicle awnings and accessories for the HD Nomadic series.
Designed for two HD Nomadic 180 Degree Awnings. OVS recommends 55 in. crossbars with the awnings mounted 59 in. apart, measured base to base.
Four kits are offered. The 1 piece panel with grommets covers one end. The 2 piece kit has front and rear panels with grommets, no zippers or walls, at about 12 lb. The 3 piece kit is one panel with a wall and roof panel. The 6 piece kit has front and rear zipper panels with walls and roof panels, at about 17 lb. Each panel is 60.5 in. wide. What is the difference between the kits?
