How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Replacement Gas Strut for the Mamba III Hard Shell Tent
The gas struts on a clamshell roof top tent do the heavy lifting every time the lid goes up, and a tired one makes the shell sag or drift closed. This is a single genuine OVS replacement gas strut for the Mamba III hard-sided roof top tent, so you can swap out the weak one instead of living with it.
Because it is the factory part for this tent, it matches the original mounting points and lift characteristics, which keeps both sides of the shell working evenly. It sits in our roof top tents lineup alongside other Mamba III spares.
Built for the Overland Vehicle Systems Mamba III hard-sided roof top tent. It is a tent part, not vehicle-specific, so it fits regardless of what the tent is mounted on.
