OVS Expedition PRO Truck Cap for 6.9 ft Bed - Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD (2020-2027)

Expedition PRO Stainless Steel Truck Cap for the 2020-2027 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD 6.9 ft Bed

Fitting a 2020-2027 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD with the Expedition PRO gives the 6.9 ft bed a stainless steel roof, lockable side access and a platform for carrying more on top. It suits a contractor truck that needs secure storage as much as an overland build that needs somewhere to mount a tent. Marine-grade stainless steel keeps corrosion in check.

The cap comes as five modular sections that assemble into one rigid shell, which keeps shipping and handling manageable, and OVS True Fit Technology shapes it to this truck specifically. Full wing access doors on the sides lift on high-pressure gas struts, heavy-duty latches lock them down, and waterproof seals keep rain and dust out. Inside, integrated MOLLE-PAL panels let you strap or hang gear off the walls. See our other camper shells and truck caps or browse all Chevrolet Silverado HD parts.

Fits 2020-2027 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks with the 6.9 ft bed. That covers the Sierra HD 5th Gen (2019 - Present) and Silverado HD 4th Gen (2019 - Present). This listing is for the 6.9 ft bed only, so measure or check your build sheet before ordering.

This version includes full wing doors, front and rear windows in tempered safety glass, and a third brake light. Because it is modular, you can add rails, racks and MOLLE accessories as the build grows. How much you can carry up top depends on the rails and rack you choose, so check those ratings. Shipping weight is about 369 lb, and the crate measures 54 x 36 x 78 in. This one ships by freight truck, so plan on a delivery appointment. Not sure it fits your setup?
