How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim

- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product

Expedition PRO Truck Cap for the 2022-2027 Ford Maverick
A truck cap earns its keep when you can get to what is inside it. The Expedition PRO for the 2022-2027 Ford Maverick has full wing access doors on both sides, so the whole bed opens up from the side, not just the tailgate. It turns the bed into locked, weather-sealed storage and gives you a strong roof for a tent or rack.
OVS builds the shell from marine-grade stainless steel, which holds up to weather and road salt better than painted mild steel. It ships as a five-piece modular kit that bolts up into one rigid structure, shaped to the Maverick bed with OVS True Fit Technology. The wing doors are held open by high-pressure gas struts and close onto waterproof seals with heavy-duty locking latches. Front and rear windows are tempered safety glass, there is a built-in third brake light, and integrated MOLLE-PAL panels give you mounting space inside. Included: the cap with full wing doors, front and rear windows and a third brake light. It ships at 266 lb, so have a couple of helpers for the install even with the modular pieces.
