OVS Expedition PRO+ Truck Cap with Full Windows - Chevy Colorado / GMC Canyon (2023-2027)

Expedition PRO+ Truck Cap with Full Windows for the 2023-2027 Chevy Colorado / GMC Canyon

An open bed is fine until it rains or you have to leave the truck parked with gear in it. The Expedition PRO+ for the 2023-2027 Chevy Colorado / GMC Canyon turns that bed into a weather-sealed, lockable space you can reach from the sides as well as the tailgate. The shell is made from marine-grade stainless steel, which is chosen for strength and corrosion resistance.

OVS builds it with True Fit Technology so the cap is shaped for this specific truck, and it installs without drilling into the bed. The wing doors are full tempered glass and open for side access, the windows slide for airflow, and waterproof seals keep weather out. Integrated MOLLE channels inside give gear a place to mount, security cages are part of the feature set, and the roof is ready for rails, racks and a rooftop tent. Fits 2023-2027 Chevy Colorado / GMC Canyon trucks. That covers the Canyon 3rd Gen (2023 - Present) and Colorado 3rd Gen (2023 - Present). It is sized for this truck's factory bed, so confirm your model year and bed before ordering.

This version includes full wing window doors, front and rear windows, and a third brake light. The modular design means you can add rails, racks and MOLLE accessories over time instead of buying everything at once. Any rooftop tent or rack load is limited by the rails and rack you choose, so check those ratings for your setup. Shipping weight is about 354 lb, and the crate measures 54 x 36 x 68 in. This one ships by freight truck, so plan on a delivery appointment. Not sure it fits your setup? Call us at (920) 249-7744 and a real person will check it.
