How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim

Excursion Camper Shell Roof Top Tent Combo
Putting a roof top tent on a truck usually means buying a cap, then a rack, then a tent, and hoping they all work together. The OVS Excursion combines a truck cap and a pop-up roof top tent in one modular unit, and you can start with the Expedition truck cap and upgrade to the full Excursion later.
The tent pops up in about 30 seconds and uses 280G ripstop poly-cotton with a 3500 PU waterproof coating and FMVSS 302 fabric. Panels are modular: one large panel and two half panels for the entry hatch, which you can swap to suit your bed layout. The cap side has gas-assisted wing doors with MOLLE channels, weather seals, keyed-alike locking latches, a security glass cage, 304 marine grade stainless hardware and a 2-stage powder coat. Available for 2016-2023 and 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma, 2007-2021 and 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra, 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator, 2021-2026 Ford F-150, 2015-2022 Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon, 2019-2023 Ford Ranger, 2009-2026 Ram 2500/3500, and 2019-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500. The load-carrying crossbars are rated for 45 lb with the tent open and 100 lb closed, so plan accessory weight accordingly. Shipping weight is about 300 lb. Covered by the OVS warranty.
