How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim

- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything

Discovery Bed Rack for Mid Size Short Bed Trucks
The Discovery Rack is a cab-height bed rack that gives a mid size truck a flat, strong platform for a roof top tent, an awning, lights or recovery boards, while leaving the bed underneath for gear. It bolts on without drilling.
The top rails are adjustable 1.75 inch square tube with four-sided t-slot bars, so mounting brackets and accessories slide in where you want them. Side cargo plates with integrated MOLLE holes carry fuel or water cans, jacks or recovery ramps, and a removable front shelf holds a propane bottle, CO2 tank or air compressor. Corners are welded, the finish is a two stage black powder coat, and the hardware is marine grade stainless. Browse more bed racks.
Designed for mid size trucks with a short bed. Not compatible with Ford Ranger, Ford Maverick, Nissan Frontier, GM trucks with Carbon Pro beds, or Ram trucks with RamBox. Call us with your truck before ordering so we can confirm it fits.
This kit includes the rack, side cargo plates and the front cargo tray system. Key dimensions: 51.25 inch crossbars, 41 inch accessory plates, 57 inch overall length and 22 inch overall height. Will this fit my Ford Ranger or Nissan Frontier?
No. The Discovery Rack is not compatible with the Ford Ranger, Ford Maverick or Nissan Frontier.
Do I have to drill my bed?
No. It is a direct bolt-on installation with no drilling.
What is the weight capacity?
450 lb dynamic (while driving) and 1,350 lb static (parked, such as with a roof top tent in use).
Does it include the side plates and front tray?
Yes. This version includes the side cargo plates and the front cargo tray system.
Can I mount a roof top tent and awning on it?
Yes. It's built to carry a roof top tent and awnings, along with lights and recovery ramps.
