How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

D.B.S. 95 Quart Dry Box
The D.B.S. (Dry Box Storage) is a rugged, sealed box for the gear that needs to stay dry and dust-free in a truck bed, on a trailer, in a side by side or on a boat. Tools, dry food, clothes, recovery gear: it all goes in, the lid seals, and the trail stays outside.
The body is LLDPE polyethylene with molded strength ridges, and the lid is weighted to sit down tight on a military grade dust and water gasket. It closes with 2 heavy duty latches, carries with two ballistic handles, and has two lock points, a drain and a built-in bottle opener. It's listed with our cases and protective storage, but note that it's sold as a dry storage box, not an insulated cooler.
Universal. It suits trucks, SUVs, trailers, side by sides, boats and RVs. OVS doesn't provide roof rack mounts for D.B.S. boxes; you can drill through the base to bolt it down or run a tie down through the handles.
Exterior dimensions are 31.1 W x 18.31 L x 16.81 D in.. The interior box measures 25 W x 12.25 L x 12 H in., and the lid cavity adds 24.5 x 11.5 x 1.5 in.. Weight is about 27 lb empty. Is this an insulated cooler?
It's built and sold as a sealed dry storage box. OVS doesn't list it as insulated, so don't count on it to hold ice like a cooler.
Can I mount it to a roof rack?
There are no factory roof rack mounts, but you can drill through the base and bolt it down or run a tie down through the handles.
Can I lock it?
Yes. It has two locking points for padlocks.
