Vendor warranty summary
Overland Vehicle Systems Warranty
At a glance: coverage depends on the line: limited lifetime on Expedition truck cap structure and XD awning frames, 6 years on XD tents and XD awning fabric, 4 years on HD tents and awnings, 2 years on LD tents
This is Overland Vehicle Systems's policy, not an NVMOS policy. OVS doesn't publish one warranty document. Its product pages say coverage and terms vary by product, so we've pulled the terms from each OVS product line's own pages and summarized them in plain English. Where an OVS page shows a generic warranty badge that disagrees with the product's own warranty text, we use the product text. The manufacturer's official terms always govern and can change without notice. Last reviewed on nvmos.com: October 16, 2026.

OVS Cargo Box with Drawer and Work Station
Loose gear in a truck bed or cargo area ends up in a pile, and the thing you need is always at the bottom. This OVS cargo box gives recovery, camp or cooking gear a locking home with a full-extension drawer, and adds a slide-out work surface that doubles as a cutting board at camp.
The 0.075 inch thick case wears a two-stage powder coat, the drawer runs on stainless steel mil-spec bearings and pulls out completely with a quick release, and the hardware is marine-grade stainless. The inside is lined with marine-grade carpet that resists stains and mildew, and an oversized lockable paddle latch keeps the contents out of sight and out of reach. The top slides forward to reach the back of the box or extend your work area, and the included HDPE workstation measures 18 7/8 by 12 inches. Four forged ring tie-downs let you strap the box down or stack a second one on top. Browse more vehicle drawer systems.
Universal. OVS designed it to mount to just about any flat surface: truck beds, SUV cargo areas, trailers and platforms. It works on its own or stacked.
The drawer and the top slide are each rated for 132.28 lb, and the cutting board for 33 lb. External dimensions are 25 1/4 x 16 7/16 x 13 1/4 inches without the tie-downs attached, and the box weighs 61 lb, so plan on two people to lift it in. Mounting to your vehicle is up to you; check what you are bolting it to before loading it heavy. Not sure it fits your setup? Call us at (920) 249-7744 and a real person will check it.
