How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

OVS Cargo Box with Slide Out Drawer
Not every build needs a full drawer system, but most need somewhere to lock up recovery gear, tools or dry food that is not a duffel bag. This OVS cargo box is a single powder-coated case with a full-extension drawer that you can bolt down alone or stack.
The 0.075 inch thick case wears a two-stage powder coat, the drawer runs on stainless steel mil-spec bearings and pulls out completely with a quick release, and the hardware is marine-grade stainless. The inside is lined with marine-grade carpet that resists stains and mildew, and an oversized lockable paddle latch keeps the contents out of sight and out of reach. The top slides in and out so you can reach the back of the box, and the included forged ring tie-downs give you four points to secure the load or anchor a second box. Universal. OVS designed it to mount to just about any flat surface: truck beds, SUV cargo areas, trailers and platforms. It works on its own or stacked.
The drawer is rated for 132.28 lb. External dimensions are 25 1/4 x 16 7/16 x 13 1/4 inches without the tie-downs attached, and the internal drawer space is 22 1/4 x 14 x 8 7/16 inches.
