How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Canyon Small/Medium Waxed Canvas Pouch Set
Small parts are the ones that disappear: zip ties, fuses, a spare headlamp, a first aid refill, the tire valve cores. This three-piece set of small zippered waxed canvas pouches gives that clutter a home, and the pouches tuck into the larger OVS Canyon bags or ride loose in a door pocket or glovebox.
Each pouch is cut from #12 waxed canvas, a cotton fabric infused with paraffin so it's water resistant yet breathable, and finished with reinforced stitching and #10 heavy duty zippers with pull tabs. Over time scuffs give the canvas a patina rather than making it look worn out. See more storage bags.
