How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Bulkhead Molle Panels for the OVS Expedition Truck Cap
The front wall of a truck cap is usually dead space: flat, hard to reach and useless for anything except leaning things against. This pair of MOLLE panels mounts to the bulkhead of an Overland Vehicle Systems Expedition truck cap and turns that wall into a grid for straps, pouches, lights and small tools, so gear stays off the bed floor and in one predictable spot.
The panels are cut from 304 stainless steel and finished in a two-stage black powder coat, which gives them a good fight against rust and scuffs from gear sliding around in the bed. The grid uses standard 1 x 1.25 inch squares and works with Molle-Pal accessories, so most pouches and mounts you already own will clip straight on. Each panel is rated for 15 lb of gear, and the install uses the included hardware and mounts with no drilling. Browse more molle panels and storage to build out the rest of the cap.
Made for the bulkhead of the Overland Vehicle Systems Expedition truck cap. It does not fit the Expedition truck cap for 2017-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 (part 70100020).

Does this fit every Expedition truck cap?
It fits the Expedition truck cap bulkhead, with one exception: it does not fit the Expedition cap for 2017-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 (part 70100020).
Do I need to drill the cap?
No. The panels mount with the included hardware and mounts, and no drilling is required.
How much weight can the panels hold?
OVS rates the panels at 15 lb. Use them for organizers, straps, lights and light tools.
Will my MOLLE pouches fit?
The panels use standard 1 x 1.25 inch squares and are Molle-Pal compatible, so most MOLLE-style pouches and mounts attach directly.
