How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

ARK Air Reel Kit with 39 ft Hose
A loose air hose ends up kinked, dirty and tangled in everything else in the bed. The ARK Air Reel keeps 39 feet of line wound on a spring reel, so you pull out what you need to reach all four tires or an air tool, and it winds back when you are done.
The hose is stainless steel braided with a PVC sheath and dual swivel joints, which helps it resist abrasion and twisting as it pays out. A heavy-duty spring handles the retraction. The reel body is 6061 aluminum with an aluminum fairlead, and the mounting bracket and hardware are 304 stainless steel. Fittings are US standard quick connect, and the kit is designed to pair with the EGOI digital air compressors and other onboard air setups. More options are in our tire accessories.
Universal. Mounts to a wall, rack, crossbar, MOLLE panel or directly to the vehicle using the included bracket. Works with EGOI digital air compressors and other onboard air systems with US standard fittings.
The reel measures 6.5 inches in diameter and 4 inches wide, not counting the bracket. OVS lists a maximum supply pressure of 350 PSI.
