How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

4 Piece Universal LED Light Kit
Camp lighting tends to be a headlamp and whatever happens to be in the glovebox. This OVS kit puts four LED bars, mounts, extension cables and a remote in one roll-up case, so you can light a tent, awning, tailgate or truck bed without any hardwiring.
It runs plug and play from either USB or a 12V cigarette lighter harness. The bars are RGBWW and the remote cycles through 30 modes, including solid colors, fade, flash and strobe, with a dimmer for brightness. Each bar has two mounting points and can attach with the magnetic mounts and 3M strips or with zip ties for something permanent. Four extension cables let you run lights out to an awning or rack. More overland camping gear is on the site.
Universal. Works on tents, awnings, truck racks, truck beds, tailgates and camper interiors.
Kit includes 4 LED light bars at 21.5 in. each, 4 magnetic mounts with 3M strips, zip ties, a dimmer wiring kit, 4 extension wiring kits, a remote, and USB and 12V harnesses. Everything packs into a 24.5 x 22 in. roll-up panel with 6 pockets and 4 Velcro slots, inside a 23 x 6 x 5 in. bag. On USB power the strobe and fade effects may be weaker than on 12V. Do I need to wire this into my vehicle?
No. It plugs into USB or a 12V cigarette lighter socket.
How do the lights mount?
Use the magnetic mounts with 3M strips for metal surfaces, or zip ties for a fixed install.
Why does strobe look weak on USB?
USB voltage limits can keep the strobe and fade effects from running at full strength. Use the 12V harness for best results.
How long are the light bars?
Each of the four bars is 21.5 in. long.
