How to make a Overland Vehicle Systems claim
- Have your proof of purchase or sales receipt ready; OVS asks for it with every warranty claim
- Photograph the defect and note your part number before you remove or ship anything
- Contact OVS Warranty Service by phone or email (below). OVS decides whether the item is defective and, if it is, repairs or replaces it with an equivalent product
- Freight deliveries (caps, racks, tents): inspect before you sign, note any damage on the bill of lading, and report damage or missing pieces within 24 hours

Air Down All Four Tires at Once
Dropping tire pressure for sand, rock or snow is one of the cheapest traction upgrades there is, but doing it one tire at a time with a gauge is slow. This kit has four automatic deflators, one per tire, so you set them once and let them work while you lock hubs or check the map.
Each deflator stops on its own when the tire reaches the pressure you set, and OVS calibrates them to within 2 PSI. Setting the pressure takes no tools: twist the outer shell with the logo on it and read the scale, anywhere from 10 to 30 PSI. A zippered pouch keeps all four together and protected in the truck.
