The ORACLE Smart Touch Multi Function LED Controller is a glass-panel touch controller for RGB LED lighting such as flex strips and panel lights. ORACLE says the high-precision touch chip improves sensitivity and cuts down on accidental triggers, which matters on a panel you may brush with a sleeve.
It has three modes, shown by indicators: RGB, color temperature and dimmer. Power short-press toggles on and off, and long-press cycles modes. The arrow keys step through effects or adjust brightness and speed. Available functions include jump changing, gradual changing, strobe and flash. ORACLE notes its mode table was tested on an ORACLE 2.0 RGB Flex strip and other strips may behave differently.
Fitment
Universal, for 12-24V LED lighting. The controller must be mounted inside the vehicle cabin.
Install notes
Three output channels at 4A each, common anode connection. Output power is under 144W at 12V or 288W at 24V.

No. ORACLE says the controller must be mounted inside the vehicle's cabin.
What voltage does it run on?
DC 12-24V.
Will every RGB strip behave the same?
Not necessarily. ORACLE's mode table was tested on an ORACLE 2.0 RGB Flex strip, and functions may differ on other strips.
What connection type is it?
