What's covered
- Factory defects confirmed by ORACLE's diagnosis
- ORACLE decides whether to repair or exchange the returned part
- US returns that require shipping back get a prepaid label
What's not covered
- Negligence, misuse, improper installation and normal wear
- Broken, cracked or physically damaged products
- Products that were opened, taken apart, cut, or rewired
- Scratches and scuffs from normal use
- Labor to remove or reinstall, and damage caused by third-party installers
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers, including Amazon
- Clearance items
How to make a ORACLE Lighting warranty claim
- Gather proof of purchase

- Send details plus photos or video if requested
- Get an RMA number before shipping anything back
- If the item turns out not to be defective, you pay the return shipping; international buyers pay all shipping, duties and taxes
