If you like the idea of rock lights but not the idea of drilling into a wheel well or frame rail, this ORACLE Lighting magnetic adapter is the alternative. It uses a neodymium rare-earth magnet rated at 40 lbs of pull force to hold an ORACLE rock light to solid metal, with no screws and no permanent modification. The vendor describes the design as patented (US11255520B2).
The adapter has a powder-coated satin black finish and 316L stainless steel hardware, which the vendor calls marine grade for corrosion resistance. Because it is magnetic, you can reposition it while you figure out the best angle and pull it off later if you service or change your setup. It is sold individually, so order one per light.
Fitment
Compatible with ORACLE rock lights 5818-333, 5819-333 and 5875-001. It is not compatible with 5895-339 or 5895-339-8, so check your light before ordering. The surface it mounts to must be clean, solid ferrous metal; magnets will not hold on aluminum, plastic or composite panels.
Install notes
The vendor says it installs in minutes with no special tools. Pick wheel wells, frame rails or underbody steel where drilling would be awkward or unwanted.

ORACLE part numbers 5818-333, 5819-333 and 5875-001. It does not fit 5895-339 or 5895-339-8.
Do I need to drill?
No. It bonds to solid metal surfaces with the magnet.
How many are in a package?
One adapter. It is sold individually, so order one for each light.
What surfaces work?
Clean, solid ferrous (steel or iron) metal. The magnet will not hold on non-magnetic materials.
