How to make a ORACLE Lighting warranty claim

The ORACLE Lighting Illuminated SS Emblem is a lit SS badge for owners building a custom look. ORACLE builds each one to order, and it comes in White, Blue, Red, Green, Amber, UV/Purple, Pink, Aqua or ColorSHIFT. Pick the color first, then note the two options below, because they change how the emblem behaves.
Options that matter
- ColorSHIFT: must be run with one of ORACLE's ColorSHIFT controllers, which are sold separately.
- Dual intensity: lets the emblem work as a running light and an additional brake light. The dual intensity option will not operate with ColorSHIFT, so you choose one or the other.
Lead time
This emblem is built to order, and ORACLE says the order can take up to 6-8 weeks. Plan around that if you have a show date.

Universal or custom application for compatible SS emblem mounting locations. Verify dimensions and the mounting surface before ordering.
Install notes
ORACLE estimates about 1 hour for installation. A 1 year warranty applies.

How long until it ships?
It is built to order. ORACLE says it can take up to 6-8 weeks.
Does ColorSHIFT include a controller?
No. The ColorSHIFT option has to be used with a ColorSHIFT controller, which is sold separately.
Can I use it as a brake light?
ORACLE says the dual intensity option lets it work as a running light and an additional brake light. That option will not operate with ColorSHIFT.
Will it fit my vehicle?
It is a universal or custom piece for compatible SS emblem mounting locations. Verify dimensions and mounting surface first.
