This is a 9-inch surface mount LED strip from ORACLE Lighting, built as a general-purpose accent and signal light. The LEDs sit in a tight, continuous pattern on a semi-rigid circuit board, so the lit surface looks even instead of dotted. It is rated IP67, which means it can be mounted on the outside of a vehicle, and it sticks down with genuine 3M VHB tape rather than needing drilled holes.
ORACLE suggests it for brake light, marker light and accent duty, among other custom lighting jobs. It comes in Red or Amber, so pick the color that matches how you plan to use it and check your state and local rules for the application you have in mind.
Fitment
Universal. It is not tied to a particular make or model; you choose the mounting spot on your own vehicle.

One 9-inch waterproof concept strip and one wide range voltage LED driver.
Install notes
Peel and stick with the VHB tape. If you want two functions from one strip, running light at full power and flashing with the turn signal, ORACLE says to add a Dual Intensity Circuit. That circuit may need soldering but is within reach of anyone with basic electrical knowledge. The 1 year warranty covers the LED and driver components; hard part decay from sun, oxidation or weather is not covered.

Is this strip waterproof?
Yes. ORACLE rates it IP67, and it is designed so it can be mounted externally.
Does it come with a driver?
Yes. One wide range voltage LED driver is in the box with the strip.
Can I use it as a running light and turn signal?
ORACLE says adding a Dual Intensity Circuit lets the strip run at full power as a running light and blink with the turn signal. The circuit may require soldering.
How does it mount?
It has genuine 3M VHB tape on the back, so it sticks to a clean surface without drilling.
