The ORACLE 3157 spider bulb packs 15 SMD LEDs using 5050 chip technology into a standard 3157 form factor. ORACLE lists this as a direct OEM replacement bulb with Quick-Fire response, rated brighter than stock halogen and covered by a 1 year warranty. It uses 5050 SMD chips rated at 100,000 hours of continuous use and draws about one tenth of the power of the factory bulb. The spider layout gives a 180 degree viewing angle, and LEDs light up faster than incandescent filaments, which gives the driver behind you a little more reaction time when it is used in tail lights.
Fitment
A universal replacement for sockets that use a 3157 bulb. ORACLE says it is commonly used for turn signal, brake and running lights. The listing does not name specific vehicles, so confirm the bulb number in your existing lamp.

Where can I use this bulb?
ORACLE lists turn signal, brake light and running light use in any socket that takes a 3157 bulb.
Do I need a load equalizer?
Only if the bulb goes in a turn signal socket. ORACLE says a load equalizer is required there to prevent rapid-flash, and not required for brake, reverse or running light use.
Is this sold as a pair?
No. This listing is a single bulb, so order two if you are doing both sides.
