How to make a Nacho Offroad Technology warranty claim
- Submit NACHO's online warranty form or email Technical Support at support@nachooffroadtechnology.com.
- Work through troubleshooting with Technical Support, which decides whether the product needs to come in.
- If it does, NACHO issues an RMA form and number; put the RMA number on the shipping label.
- Ship the product to Nacho Lighting Co., Warranty RMA#, 4641 E Ivy Street, Mesa, AZ 85205; freight is prepaid by you unless it goes back within 90 days of the RMA notice.
- NACHO follows up with claim status while the product is inspected.

Nacho Quatro Fog Light Mounts for Toyota 4Runner, Tacoma & Tundra, Pair
These Nacho mounts let you fit Quatro lights into the factory fog pockets on select Toyota trucks. The powder coated steel mounts thread into the factory mount points with the factory hardware, and a silicone filler cone seals the light to the factory bezel. Quatro lights are sold separately.
