About Nacho Offroad Technology

The NACHO team says it brings more than 20 years of experience in performance lighting manufacturing, along with race wins in several classes in Baja and the United States. The company sells its own lights under the NACHO name and makes mounts and kits for ARB racks and bumpers.

A few design choices set NACHO's lights apart on paper. The Quatro's housing uses what NACHO calls Forced Induction, pulling air in at the front and out the back to cool the internals during long stretches at high output. Many of the lights use a Tip-to-Chip system: with the included wand you program up to three output modes (eight on the Grande, nine on the Supreme), each run from its own switch. NACHO rates its lights IP68 against water and dust, and the Supreme and Grande lines meet the SAE J575 vibration standard.

What we carry from Nacho Offroad Technology

We carry the Quatro family in spot, flood, combo, amber, SAE and Supreme versions, Quatro chase lights, the Grande in Hi and Lo spot, amber/white and SAE J581 high beam versions, the Grande Supreme 100 and 150, the TM5 5.75-inch sets in white combo, amber/white and racer, and NANO chase and drive lights in several colors and multi-packs. For specific vehicles we list SAE-only plug-and-play fog light kits for the Ford Bronco, Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT bumpers and Toyota, Quatro fog mounts for the 2021+ Bronco, JL/JT/JK bumpers, the 2016-2023 Tacoma and the ARB Summit bumper, and a NANO kit for the ARB Base Rack. Wiring includes 40 amp harnesses with switches and relays, a constant power harness, a 25 ft reverse light harness, the NANO harness and an 8-switch auxiliary control system.

How to choose

Spot, flood or combo: NACHO's spot beam throws a tight beam for distance at speed, flood spreads light wide for slow technical terrain and camp, and combo puts both in one housing. NACHO suggests pairing a Quatro Combo with a set of Quatro Spots.

SAE lights for the road: Lights marked SAE, such as the SAE-only fog kits (J583) and the Grande SAE J581 high beam, are built to an SAE lamp standard; lights sold as off-road lights are not rated that way. Check your state's rules before running auxiliary lights on public roads.

Wire for the modes you want: A Quatro runs three functions per light. You can power the blue wire alone for simple on and off, or wire all three to use the programmed modes. Each mode runs from its own switch, so plan the harness and switch panel to match.

Register the lights: NACHO's warranty starts when you take possession and register the product. Without registration or proof of purchase, NACHO handles claims case by case and may charge for the work.

Mounts and harnesses carry a shorter term: The lights are covered for life in recreational use, but mounts, brackets, wiring harnesses and covers are covered for three years.

Lead times & shipping

NVMOS dropships NACHO orders from the brand or its distributor. In-stock parts usually leave in 1-3 business days, and parts stocked at the manufacturer take about 1-2 weeks. Lights, harnesses and mounts are compact and ship by parcel carrier. We send tracking as soon as we have it.

Nacho Offroad Technology warranty

NACHO gives its lights a limited lifetime warranty for recreational use, meaning off-road and automotive projection lighting, in the US and Canada. Lights used commercially, such as in agriculture, industrial work, mining or public safety, get five years or 50,000 hours, and mounts and accessories, including light brackets, mounting brackets, wiring harnesses and light covers, get three years, with some exceptions. Coverage starts when the end user takes possession and registers the product, and a new owner can contact NACHO to transfer the registration. The warranty covers design and manufacturing defects only, and NACHO decides whether to repair, replace or issue a credit, offering a comparable product if the original is not available. It excludes installation errors, wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents and collisions, custom specifications and unauthorized modifications. Outside the US and Canada, NACHO points buyers to a three-year manufacturer warranty under ARB's warranty booklet. Read our Nacho Offroad Technology warranty summary.

Do I need to register my NACHO lights?

Yes. Coverage starts when you take possession and register the product, and claims without registration or proof of purchase are handled case by case and may cost you.

Does the warranty transfer if I sell the lights?

NACHO asks the new owner to contact its customer service to transfer the registration.

Does the warranty cover crash or install damage?

No. It covers design and manufacturing defects only, and excludes installation errors, accidents, collisions, misuse and unauthorized modifications.

Are NACHO lights waterproof?

NACHO rates its lights IP68 for water and dust, and the Supreme and Grande lines meet the SAE J575 vibration standard.

Yes. Power only the blue wire for basic on and off, or wire all three functions to use the light's programmed modes.
