The XB Evo is Morimoto's flagship LED headlight for this truck. It is a complete replacement housing built around Bi-LED projector optics with a D-Optic high beam assist, not a bulb swap inside the factory reflector. The output rating is DOT (FMVSS108) compliant, the lens is polycarbonate with a UV hard coat, and Morimoto designs and tests the assembly in the USA and backs it with a five-year warranty.
Two features separate the full Evo from the cheaper Hybrid. A logic-controlled 50w ceramic heater with circulation fans warms the lens to hold off frost and snow; flash the high beams four times when it is below 41F (5C) to switch it on. Plug-in signal swap keys on the back of each housing let you pick white or amber daytime running lights and sequential or standard turn signals. At startup the optics also run a short multi-stage welcome sequence.
Fitment
Built for the 2015-2019 GMC Sierra 25HD. The housings work on trucks with OEM LED turn signals as well as those without. These are left-hand-drive, North American-spec lights; Morimoto does not guarantee fit on trucks sold outside North America. They replace GM part numbers 84046788, 84515728, 84568272, 84228370, 84144047, 84144048, 84144049, and 84144050.
What's included
One pair (driver and passenger side), a fuse tap, a DRL harness, two magnet-mount resistors, two Type 1 and two Type 2 input adapters, two turn signal feedback modules, two mode selector extensions and eight mode selectors (four pairs).
Install notes
The adapters, resistors and feedback modules listed above ship in the box, and Morimoto publishes an installation guide for this part. Plan on a plug-in install with no cutting listed in the vendor information, but check the guide against your truck's lighting package first.

Will these fit my Sierra 25HD?
They are listed for the 2015-2019 GMC Sierra 25HD. They are LHD, North American-spec lights, and Morimoto does not guarantee fit outside North America.
Do they work if my truck has factory LED turn signals?
Yes. Morimoto states the housings are compatible with all headlight types, including trucks with OEM LED turn signals.
How does the frost-free lens heater work?
A 50w ceramic heater with circulation fans warms the lens surface. You activate it by flashing the high beams four times when the temperature is below 41F (5C).
Are they street legal?
