High-power components necessitate sophisticated thermal management. The 4Banger incorporates a copper direct thermal path PCB maximizing heat transfer to an optimized radiator. Cast aluminum receives electroplating before powder coating for lasting durability. Potted internals, over-molded wiring, and gaskets meet IP69K weather resistance standards.
