Each bracket features laser-cut 304 stainless steel with powder-coat protection for durability. Yellow-output variants use phosphor-converted LEDs producing authentic yellow light, effective for adverse weather penetration. The copper DTP PCB maximizes heat dissipation to an optimized radiator. Electroplating precedes powder coating to prevent corrosion.
