Morimoto XB Evo Hybrid LED Headlights — Ford F-150 (2018–2020)
The XB Evo Hybrid is the lower-priced way into Morimoto's XB Evo platform for the 2018–2020 F-150. You get the same pair of Type 1 Ishida Bi-LED projectors on Nichia automotive LEDs used in the full XB Evo, so low and high beam output is the reason to buy either one.
What you give up is the extras. The Hybrid has no D-Optic high beam assist, no lens heater, no signal swap keys and no welcome sequence. DRLs are white, turn signals are fade-off, and the interior is a piano black finish. If you don't need a heated lens or an amber DRL option, this is where the money goes furthest.
The housings are DOT (FMVSS 108) compliant with the standard drivers, bolt to the factory mounting points and come with halogen adapter harnesses, magnet-mount resistors, a micro fuse tap and a DRL harness. Vertical aim adjusts within about ±6 degrees. For trail use, Morimoto's LF2-DRVSC13 Supercharged drivers swap onto the back for roughly 30–50% more output and make the lights off-road only. With the SC drivers installed, the Hybrid also gets a welcome sequence.

What does the Hybrid leave out compared to the XB Evo?
The D-Optic high beam assist, the heated lens, the signal swap keys and the welcome sequence. DRLs are white only and turn signals are fade-off only. The main Bi-LED projectors are the same.
Are they street legal?
Yes, with the standard drivers they ship with. They are DOT FMVSS 108 compliant. The optional Supercharged drivers make them off-road only.
Will they fit my truck?
They fit the 2018–2020 Ford F-150 and replace Ford part numbers KL3Z13008A/B/C/D, JL3Z13008AG/AH and HL3Z13008J/K/L/M. Morimoto does not guarantee fit on trucks sold outside North America.
Is there a warranty?
Morimoto covers them with a five-year limited warranty. If anything comes up, contact us first and we will handle it with Morimoto.
