The Morimoto Smoked XB LED tail lights are engineered for Ford Super Duty trucks from 1999 to 2016. These lights deliver robust LED illumination for forward and reverse driving visibility. The integrated LED reverse lights work alongside Morimoto's Backup-Boost system, which supports an optional LED Reverse Light Bar. This accessory bar mounts on the license plate frame and generates an extra 2,700 lumens during reversing, enhancing behind-the-vehicle visibility.

The design incorporates three sets of 3D light blades with integrated optics serving as brake and turn signal functions, distinguishing them from competitors using basic LED chips. Available with either smoked or red outer lenses, these lights balance functionality with aesthetic appeal.
