The Morimoto BigBanger ditch light kit puts a pair of BigBanger LED pods on A-pillar brackets made for the 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL. The pods come in two beam patterns, Combo and Spot, and two LED chipsets, NCS and HXB, with HXB the brighter of the two. Each combination is offered in white and yellow. Combo is the balanced width-and-distance choice, and Spot is the long-range one, which the vendor says penetrates up to 800 meters.
The pods use Nichia and Osram LEDs behind a Makrolon polycarbonate lens in a powder-coated die-cast aluminum housing, with an integrated Deutsch DT 4-pin connector and an amber backlight. The brackets are precision-cut stainless steel. Morimoto states a lifetime limited warranty. The pods and the power harness are listed as options, so choose your color, beam and wiring when you order.
