How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

Under the front of a Tacoma, the engine oil pan relies on a .050 inch stamped sheet-metal skid. M.O.R.E. replaces it with 1/4 inch aluminum plate.
It weighs about 29 pounds and has reinforcing ribs up front for the hits that land square.
Fits 2005–2015 and 2016–2021 Toyota Tacoma, all 4x4 models. It is a 6 bolt install at factory hole locations. If you run a diff drop, the skid has to be spaced down by the same amount or it will not fit.
Lead time: M.O.R.E. makes aluminum skid plates to order and quotes up to 10 business days for bare aluminum; powder coating other than black can take up to 15 more business days. M.O.R.E. has been building off-road parts in Delta, Colorado since Chris Overacker started the company in his garage in 1978. Parts are designed in 3D CAD, cut on Mazak lasers and welded by certified welders, all in-house in the USA.

Only if you space the skid down the same amount as the diff drop.

Made to order: up to 10 business days bare, and powder coat other than black can add up to 15.
What does the warranty cover?
M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty covers product failure for the original retail buyer for as long as they own the vehicle. The powder coat or other finish and any rubber or urethane parts are treated as wear items and are not covered, nor are altered parts, improper installs, or fire and accident damage. M.O.R.E. repairs or replaces at its discretion; labor and shipping are not included.
