Custom rear axle swaps live or die on bracket placement, and shock mounts are near the top of that list. These M.O.R.E. shock mounts let you build a Ford 8.8 or Dana 60 under a TJ or LJ your own way, without starting from flat stock.
These are the same shock mounts that go into M.O.R.E.'s Ford 8.8 install kit, offered on its own for builders who want to lay out their own axle design. They are made from 3/16" plate, laser cut and CNC formed. They are sized for 3-1/4" diameter axle tubes. Sold in pairs.
Fitment is the 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ and 2004-2006 LJ running a Ford 8.8 or Dana 60 rear end. Pick shocks to suit your travel and confirm length at full compression and full droop before welding.
Plan on welding. Strip the old mounts, get the axle square and centered under the Jeep, set pinion angle, then tack everything in place and cycle the suspension before final welds. If you are not confident with structural welds on an axle tube, hand this step to a fab shop.
M.O.R.E. has been building Jeep parts in Delta, Colorado since 1978, when Chris Overacker started the company in his home garage. Parts are designed in 3D CAD, cut on Mazak lasers and welded by certified welders, all in-house in the USA.

Sold in pairs.
What does the warranty cover?
M.O.R.E. backs it with the RockProof Lifetime Warranty for the original retail buyer for as long as they own the vehicle, covering product failure.
