How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

M.O.R.E.'s Rock Proof rear bumper for the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK is formed plate steel with clevis mounts. It is laser cut from 3/16-inch steel plate and formed on a CNC press brake.
The corners wrap around to shield the rear quarters from rock rash, and it has a 2-inch receiver hitch with safety chain hooks, so you keep towing ability while adding armor. The clevis mounts handle recovery duty.
Take it bare steel and paint it to match, or order it powder coated in Pure Black, Flame Red, Tactical Gray or Desert Sand. Bare is cheaper and leaves the coating up to you; powder coat arrives finished, but finish is a wear item and not covered by the warranty. M.O.R.E. designs and builds its bumpers in-house in Delta, Colorado.
Every bumper is built to order, and M.O.R.E. quotes 6–8 weeks. Formed plate has real heft, so have a helper on hand, torque the hardware to spec and check it again after a trail run.
