How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

M.O.R.E.'s Rock Proof High Clearance front bumper for the 1976-1986 Jeep CJ (all models) is built to guard the front end and fenders and carry a winch. It isn't a length of box tube with tabs stuck on. It starts as 3/16-inch steel plate, laser cut on CNC equipment and bent on a CNC press brake, then the seams are MIG welded, ground and sanded for a clean surface.
Two 3/4-inch plate eyelets accept a clevis or a tow bar, and the face leaves plenty of flat space for accessories or added grille and fender protection. It works best with most winches that mount foot-down, so check your winch's mounting style before ordering.
You can take it bare steel and paint it to match, or order it powder coated in Pure Black, Flame Red, Tactical Gray or Desert Sand. Bare is cheaper and lets you choose your own coating; powder coat saves a trip to the paint booth, but remember finish is a wear item under the warranty. It ships by UPS rather than truck freight.
M.O.R.E. builds every bumper to order and quotes 6–8 weeks, so plan ahead if you need it for a trip. Formed plate has real heft, so get a helper for the install and torque the mounting hardware to spec.
