How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

The JK muffler sits right where rocks like to find it, and a dented muffler or crushed tubing is an expensive way to end a trail day. M.O.R.E.'s muffler skid plate puts 3/16" steel between your exhaust and the ground.
It is finished in black powder coat and covers the muffler and the nearby crossover tubing. It fits every 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK running the stock exhaust or a Magnaflow system. If you run a different aftermarket exhaust, check its routing before ordering.
Install is bolt-on using factory mounting points, with no drilling. Get the Jeep safely on stands, lift the plate into place with a helper or jack, start all the bolts by hand, then snug them down. Re-check them after the first few trail runs.
Steel is heavier than aluminum, but it is the stout, lower-cost material for a plate that sits this low.
M.O.R.E. has been building Jeep parts in Delta, Colorado since 1978, when Chris Overacker started the company in his home garage. Parts are designed in 3D CAD, cut on Mazak lasers and welded by certified welders, all in-house in the USA.
