How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

Happy with your shackles but want to be able to grease them? M.O.R.E.'s bolt and bushing kits turn an ordinary pivot into a greaseable one. This kit is for the main eye, the fixed pivot end of the leaf spring.
It fits 1976-1986 Jeep CJ, all models, front and rear. It is offered for a 1-1/2 in. spring eye inside diameter, so measure yours before ordering. M.O.R.E. also sells matching kits for the shackle end of the spring.
Inside the kit: grade 5 bolts that are rifle drilled and fitted with zerks, drilled sleeves, black channeled polyurethane bushings and crimp-lock nuts. Grease goes in at the zerk and follows the drilled path into the bushing.
To make every leaf pivot on the Jeep greaseable, M.O.R.E. recommends two shackle bolt and bushing kits plus one main eye kit. Install one spring eye at a time with the Jeep safely supported, torque to spec and grease until fresh grease shows. Made in the USA.

How many kits do I need for the whole Jeep?
M.O.R.E. recommends two shackle bolt and bushing kits and one main eye kit to make every leaf pivot greaseable.
Will this work with my existing shackles?
Yes. These kits are meant to make the pivots you already have greaseable.
What is included?
Grade 5 drilled bolts with zerks, drilled sleeves, black channeled polyurethane bushings and crimp-lock nuts.
Are the bushings covered by the lifetime warranty?
The steel parts carry M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty against product failure for the original buyer. Polyurethane bushings and the finish are treated as wear items and are not covered, and labor and shipping are excluded.
