How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

If you are building or swapping an axle with 3-1/4" diameter tubes, these M.O.R.E. leaf spring perches are a simple, heavy-duty place to start. They weld to the tube and give your leaf springs a solid, adjustable landing spot.
Each mount measures 2.5" wide by 7" long and uses an anti-wrap design. Three holes spaced on 1" centers give you adjustment, so you can set the axle where you want it on the spring instead of committing to a single spot.
M.O.R.E. makes them in Colorado from 1/4" steel, laser cutting each one and forming it on CNC equipment. They come as a pair. M.O.R.E. makes several sizes for different tube diameters, so double-check yours before ordering.
These weld on, so measure carefully before you strike an arc. Set pinion angle, square both mounts to the axle and to each other, tack, re-check, then finish the welds. If you are new to axle work, a fab shop can save you a re-do.
M.O.R.E. has been building Jeep parts in Delta, Colorado since 1978, when Chris Overacker started the company in his home garage. Parts are designed in 3D CAD, cut on Mazak lasers and welded by certified welders, all in-house in the USA.

How do I know which size I need?
Measure the outside diameter of your axle tube. These are for 3-1/4" tubes; M.O.R.E. makes other sizes for other tube diameters.
What does the hole pattern do?
The three holes on 1" centers let you move the axle position relative to the spring, so you can fine-tune where the axle sits.
Are these bolt-on?
No, they weld to the axle tube. Basic welding and measuring skills are needed.
What does the warranty cover?
M.O.R.E. backs it with the RockProof Lifetime Warranty for the original retail buyer for as long as they own the vehicle, covering product failure. Finish, rubber and urethane are wear items and not covered, nor are altered parts, wrong-vehicle installs, improper installation, fire or accident. Install labor and shipping are excluded.
