How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

The stock JL front shield is 16 gauge (.062 in.) sheet, which is not much between a rock and your electronic sway bar disconnect motor. This M.O.R.E. heavy-duty front skid plate replaces it with 3/16 in. steel plate.

Steel plate is the tough, lower-cost way to armor this spot, at the cost of some weight.
Fitment
Fits 2018 and newer Jeep Wrangler JL models. It works with the stock JL bumper or a M.O.R.E. front bumper. Some frame-mounted winch plates in that same area will interfere, so contact us first if you run something else.
Install notes
You can reinstall the stock plastic shield over it to keep the factory look, or leave it off for a more aftermarket look.

Can I keep the factory plastic shield?
Yes. You can reuse it for a stock look or leave it off.
Will it fit my bumper?
It works with the stock JL bumper or a M.O.R.E. front bumper. With other bumpers, check with us first.
Does it work with a winch plate?
Some frame-mounted winch plates in that same spot will not work with it. Ask us if you run one.
What does the warranty cover?
M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty covers product failure for the original retail buyer for as long as they own the vehicle. Powder coat and other finishes, rubber and urethane are wear items and are not covered, and neither are altered parts, wrong-vehicle installs, improper installation, fire or accidents. Labor and shipping are excluded.
