How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

M.O.R.E.'s Highline Front Fenders replace the factory front fenders on a Jeep Wrangler JLU with heavy 11 gauge steel. The point is room: they clear more tire than stock Rubicon fenders, and M.O.R.E. rates them for tires up to 40".
The front set has LED lighting built in — white LED running lights, plus amber markers on the sides — run through a control board that works with either halogen or LED factory lighting. It is plug and play, so you should not see dash warning lights after the swap.
You get both the driver and passenger front fenders along with the brackets and hardware to mount them. Finish choices include raw steel or powder coat in Pure Black, Flame Red, Tactical Gray or Desert Sand. Inner fender wells are a separate add-on if you want to close things up.
If you order raw to paint or coat yourself, test fit the fenders on the Jeep first. M.O.R.E. will not cover finishing costs on parts that were coated before installation, and that is a fair rule — check the fit, then spray.
Trade-off worth naming: steel is built to take trail abuse, but it is heavier than plastic trim. If you are making room for 37s or 40s and wheeling hard, that is usually a trade worth making.

What tire size will these clear?
M.O.R.E. says the Highline fenders give more clearance than stock Rubicon fenders and work with tires up to 40".
Is it a pair?
Yes. The set includes the driver and passenger front fenders, plus brackets and hardware.
Can I order them raw and paint them myself?
Yes, raw steel is an option. Test fit them on the Jeep before painting or powder coating, because M.O.R.E. does not cover finishing costs on parts coated before install.
Will the LED lights throw a warning on the dash?
The control board is designed to work with factory halogen or LED lighting as a plug and play setup, so it should not trigger warning lights.
Are inner fender wells included?
No. Inner fender wells are an optional add-on, sold separately.
