How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

Add a lift and taller tires to a TJ and the first step gets a lot higher. The M.O.R.E. Hide-A-Step brings the step-up down by 11 in., and it is spring loaded so it pulls itself back up once you are in the seat.
Why it works
- Lowers the step-up height by 11 in.
- Spring loaded, so it retracts on its own
- Two quick-release pins: pull it before the rocks, stash it behind the seat for clearance, pin it back on for the highway
- .001 Class IV zinc plating under the powder coat to resist winter roads and road grime
Fitment
Fits 1997–2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models. It does not fit aftermarket sliders.
Install notes
M.O.R.E. says to allow 1–2 hours for install. Sold individually.
Finish options
Powder coat in Pure Black, Tactical Gray, Flame Red or Desert Sand. M.O.R.E. says any color except black can need up to 15 business days before it ships. A silver zinc-only version is also available. Made in the USA by M.O.R.E. in Delta, Colorado.
