How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

Climbing into a lifted pickup on big tires is a chore. The M.O.R.E. Hide-A-Step puts your first step 11 in. lower, and two pull pins let it come off when it would be in the way. This is the black version.
Why it works
- Lowers the first step up by 11 in.
- Two pull pins: off for tight trails, back on for daily driving
- Class IV zinc plating to resist winter road conditions
Fitment
Fits 1999–2013 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. It does not fit trucks with aftermarket sliders.
Install notes
Sold individually, so order one for each door you want covered. On the rear doors of crew and extended cabs, M.O.R.E. says you will drill the mounting holes yourself and shim where needed. Have a drill handy and some patience for those doors.

What does the warranty cover?
M.O.R.E. backs it with the RockProof Lifetime Warranty for the original retail buyer for as long as they own the vehicle, covering product failure. The finish and any rubber or urethane are wear items and are not covered, and install labor and shipping are excluded.
